Dr. Paul J. Gilmartin graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College at Los Angeles in 1983. He spent 5 years as a professional baseball player, and has been the assistant baseball coach at Sacramento City College. As a result, Dr. Gilmartin is keenly aware of the physical demands on all athletes.

"It's this experience that makes me uniquely qualified to work not only with athletes in avoiding injury and maintaining peak performance, but everyday people, too," he says. "I understand the mechanics of the body and how to correct strain and pain."

Dr. Gilmartin enjoys community service, and as a result takes every opportunity to speak at schools, little leagues, community organizations, and even large corporations about the benefits of chiropractic care.

Dr. Gilmartin is a member of the International Chiropractic Association and the Association of Professional Baseball Players.
